What we know about you (very little) and what we do with it.
Who we are
This website, buzzgallerybulletinree.lol, is run by Buzz Gallery Bulletin Ltd, Company No. 14872903, 27 Hive Lane, Bristol BS1 4QA, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Emails you send us. If you write to us, we receive your email address, name and whatever you include. We use it only to reply and to improve our notes.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. These logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.
What we don't collect
We don't run accounts, ads or third-party trackers. The Holler message tool works entirely in your browser; nothing you type there is sent to us unless you choose to email it.
Legal basis
We handle emails on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you, and server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months, then deleted unless an ongoing conversation needs it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or restrict it. Email us and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
